Usage
DateTimeInput when the workflow commits a specific moment: a callback time, an appointment. Use DateRangeInput when only the days matter, or when Before, After and Between need a span with optional times. Use TimeInput with range when the day is already known and only the clock window changes.
With confirm, day and time presses only change a draft until Apply commits. Reset restores the value held when the popover opened and stays open. Clear, when clearLabel is set, empties the draft and stays open. Escape and an outside press close without committing. Apply is the only primary action; Reset and Clear are secondary, not destructive.
For DateRangeInput with type DateRangeInputType.DateTime, a Between range defaults its times to 00:00 on the start day and 23:59 on the end day. Times use a 24-hour clock unless hourCycle opts into 12-hour.
